 Two series: All over/ Dodecatyque

 

The landscape is invaded by lines, the different planes merge and prevent the gaze from going beyond, The canvas is saturated and the perspective crushed to give way to an abstract composition inspired by the observation of the lines of nature.All over comes from abstract expressionism and refers to a homogeneous treatment over the entire surface of the canvas. The painting does not seem to stop at the physical materiality of the canvas, and gives an impression of off-screen. Dodecatyque is a twelve-panel polyptych inspired by a 3-month trip to South America
